Coach Oscar Ceja is a veteran coach with a proven record of success, leadership, and athlete development across both high school and club volleyball. As Co-Club Director of Elevation Elite Volleyball Club, he plays a key role in guiding the club’s competitive vision and fostering a high-performance training environment for athletes at all levels.
Coach Oscar brings over 10 years of experience as an Assistant Varsity Coach at Anaheim High School, alongside 10 years as the JV Head Coach. He also spent 2 years coaching JV at Savanna High School and 1 year as an Assistant Coach at Chapman University, giving him a diverse and well-rounded coaching background.
Over his career, Coach Oscar has led teams to 8 JV League Championships, contributed to 6 CIF playoff appearances, and has been named Coach of the Year three times—highlighting his exceptional leadership and competitive results. He is also a Gold Medal Squared certified coach, applying elite-level systems and strategies in both practice and competition.
As a club coach at Elevation Elite, Coach Oscar leads the 16s, 17s, and 18s teams, developing athletes with a focus on advanced technique, tactical IQ, and mental toughness. A former beach volleyball player, he brings a well-rounded approach to the indoor game, emphasizing versatility and resilience.
Coach Oscar is passionate about helping athletes grow on and off the court, and his commitment to excellence continues to elevate the programs and players he leads.
